Description This role centers on large commercial HVAC systems and advanced chiller technologies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing some of the largest and most complex HVAC systems, including chillers, cooling towers, and low-temperature refrigeration systems. Candidates should have extensive experience troubleshooting systems up to 400 tons, conducting advanced airflow evaluations, and resolving complex HVAC challenges. Referral Program Requirements 5+ years’ experience with large commercial HVAC systems, including advanced troubleshooting of chillers, VRF, ERV, and water-cooled systems. Proven ability to diagnose and repair systems up to 400 tons Experience with cooling towers, pump alignment, refrigeration, airflow, ductwork evaluation and low-temp refrigeration Ability to read complex schematics and technical manuals EPA Universal Certification for refrigerant handling. Excellent communication skills for effective customer interactions and team collaboration. Clean driving record and the ability to operate a company vehicle. Travel to Orlando or Savannah to support business needs. Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment (up to 80 lbs) and work in a variety of physical conditions. Preferred Qualifications: NATE Senior-Level Certification (Preferred). Advanced Refrigeration Certification (Preferred). Chiller-Specific Certification (Preferred).
