Job Title Commercial and Operation Representative (X 1-2)

Job Responsibilities

  • Ticket sales and customer service.
  • Be a key contact with our agents and GSA, contributing market trend and feedback
  • Perform daily office administrative and account payable tasks
  • Prepare revenue statements, establish and maintain daily report.
  • Participate in flight operation in Schiphol airport as required such as flight delay handling, follow up on passenger post-flight services, and handle baggage complaints, etc.
  • Prepare digital marketing content including social media platforms Wechat, promotional images and more.
  • Undertake other ad hoc assignments as required

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Minimum 2 years of full time work experience. Airlines or Travel Agency working experience is advantage
  • Must be fluent in Chinese Mandarin and English; Dutch is advantage.
  • Familiar with MS Office. Familar with graphic design softwar is advantage.
  • Have a sound data lead consultative approach and strong problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive and positive attitude as well as a team player
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin, both verbal and written.
  • Able to work under pressure and collaboratively across teams to assist such as flight delays, overtime, and irregular schedule changes, including early shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Must hold a non-restricted Dutch work permit and is be able to provide a certificate of conduct (VOG). Xiamen Airlines is not able to offer KM sponsorship.

Work Location: World Trade Center office and Schiphol Airport (On-site only)
