You’ll be responsible for the operational coordination, planning and execution of American military relocations from A-Z.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Correct and timely scheduling and recording of shipments;
• According to described military operating procedures in all necessary systems;
• Planning and managing removal files from A to Z, forwarding orders correctly and liasing closely with various national and international departments/colleagues such as customer service, accounting, shipping, warehouse, removal companies and customers;
• Striving for the most efficient method of correctly executing moving assignments;
• Plan moves and work assignments to optimum efficiency with movers, drivers or subcontractors coordinate and follow up;
• Adjusting when assignments are in danger of being executed incorrectly;
• Processing and checking the removal documents after the order has been completed;
• Ensuring that each file is completely documented and invoiced.
