About The Role
In today’s fast-paced and highly regulated care environment, data-driven insights are mission-critical for operational success and workforce planning.
The Reporting and Commercial Analyst will play a pivotal role in analysing financial and operational data, delivering strategic insights, and supporting workforce planning aligned with compliance requirements like Care Minutes.
Reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance, this role ensures accurate and meaningful financial reports and dashboards, enabling business leaders across aged care, retirement living, housing, and community services to make informed decisions.
As part of a high-performing commercial analytics team, you will contribute to pricing strategy, market and competitor analysis, and optimisation of reporting frameworks to improve Anglicare’s financial sustainability and service delivery. Your expertise will transform raw data into actionable intelligence that strengthens internal capabilities, fosters a culture of accountability, and drives strategic outcomes.
This role is a key enabler of business performance, combining financial acumen and advanced analytics to support decision-making across the organisation.
