POSITION SUMMARY

TrueRC is recruiting a Commercial and Technical Coordinator to support our sales operations and ensure customer success. This strategic role serves as the bridge between technical support, sales coordination, and project management. The ideal candidate is highly organized, sociable, and eager to learn technical details to help customers and the sales team achieve their objectives.

5. TECHNICAL AND COMMERCIAL SKILLS DEVELOPMENT

  • Product training: Acquire in-depth knowledge of the TrueRC product catalog, including technical specifications, applications, and competitive advantages
  • Technical translation: Develop the ability to translate complex technical specifications into understandable customer benefits
  • Technology monitoring: Stay informed about developments in the antenna market and related technologies
  • Continuous training: Participate in internal and external training to develop technical and commercial skills
  • Knowledge sharing: Contribute to creating technical marketing content (product sheets, FAQs, application guides)

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Technical diploma in electronics, telecommunications, engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM/ERP tools.
  • Analytical ability to interpret technical data and prepare relevant reports.
  • Professional proficiency in French and English (spoken and written).

DESIRED EXPERIENCE

· 2–5 years in sales support, customer service, or project coordination.
· Experience in a B2B technology environment (electronics or telecom preferred).
· Practical experience coordinating multi-stakeholder projects.
