THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Commercial Administrator to support our growing business operations. This role will work closely with our commercial and operational teams to ensure the smooth administration of contracts, tenders, data reporting, and financial processes that underpin our healthcare services.
The Commercial Administrator will play a key role in helping us deliver on our commercial objectives while maintaining high standards of compliance, accuracy, and customer service.

Responsibilities

· Provide administrative support for the management of private patients, including booking coordination, document preparation and maintaining accurate records.
· Assist with the preparation, submission, and tracking of tenders, bids, and contract renewals.
· Coordinate and maintain databases and reporting tools to track service performance, activity data, and contract compliance metrics.
· Support invoicing, financial reconciliations, and reporting in collaboration with finance colleagues to ensure accurate billing and income tracking of private patients.
· Liaise with external partners (including commissioners, NHS organisations, and suppliers) to ensure timely and accurate exchange of information.
· Maintain up-to-date records of service agreements, pricing schedules, and contractual obligations.
· Support the commercial team in producing reports, presentations, and analysis for internal stakeholders and external clients.
· Assist in gathering and validating data required for internal and external meetings.
· Ensure compliance with all regulatory, contractual, and company policies, including information governance and confidentiality standards.
