Start date: Monday, July 13 THE POSITION: The Commercial Associate role is an exciting entry point for early-career professionals who want to build a career in Commercial Sales/Business Development. As part of EVERSANA’s Commercial Development Program, Commercial Associates gain hands-on experience supporting revenue-driving initiatives while rotating across key commercial functions. This immersive program is designed to develop strong commercial fundamentals, real-world business skills, and a deep understanding of how life sciences companies successfully bring therapies to market. What You’ll Do Support active commercial initiatives that contribute to growth, pipeline development, and client engagement Rotate through core commercial areas including Strategy, Commercial Operations, and Business Development Learn how EVERSANA partners with pharmaceutical and biotech clients across the drug lifecycle Collaborate with cross-functional teams and commercial leaders on real client work Build practical skills in analysis, communication, and project execution within a fast-paced, client-focused environment Career Development & Growth The Commercial Development Program is intentionally designed to launch careers. EXPECTATIONS OF THE JOB: Travel (10-15%) Hours (40 hours per week, Monday through Friday) Qualifications MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities required.
