This position will start by assisting with the review and creation of commercial contracts for our Institutional business in North America. In addition to helping execute our commercial contracts you will also be advising and soliciting input from internal stakeholders on contract terms and conditions that may affect their respective business areas on various levels of complexity of contracts and documents to support the commercial businesses at Ecolab. Responsibilities will later expand to other business areas.

• Review and negotiate agreements in connection with commercial transactions
• Offer general legal advice to Company management and functional business groups
• Build and manage ongoing relationships with key legal stakeholders
• Partner with key stakeholders and Global Capability Owner to understand business context and priorities,
• Mitigate major risks that threaten the delivery of work for contracts that are on customer forms or created internallyOversee other Institutional legal team members in the GBS, ensuring effective collaboration, professional development, and high-quality legal support.
