NOW HIRING: COMMERCIAL AV PROJECT MANAGER

Digital Resources, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and proactive Commercial AV Project Manager to support the successful delivery of Sound, Video and Lighting integration projects. This position is ideal for a project manager with strong communication skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to coordinate moving parts across departments, vendors, and client stakeholders.
You’ll help manage complex AVL system installations, owning timelines, budgets, logistics coordination, client communication, and issue resolution. Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day project execution and scheduling for concurrent AVL integration projects, and ensure on-time project completion
- Coordinate logistics, equipment receiving timelines, and staging to align with install windows
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and vendors throughout project lifecycle
- Collaborate with engineering, sales, and field teams to ensure scope and expectations are aligned
- Identify potential delays or issues early and coordinate solutions in real-time
- Manage project documentation, schedules, and communications via project management tools
- Maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Support the Senior Project Coordinator and collaborate closely with the leadership team
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of project management experience, preferably in construction or systems integration
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Construction Management or an Associates Degree with equivalent work related experience (preferred)
- Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday, etc.)
- Experience with CRM platforms (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Basic understanding of engineered networked systems and AV signal flow
- Familiarity with AV integration processes and terminology (preferred)
- CTS, CTS-I, or CTS-D certification (preferred but not required)
- OSHA 10 or 30 Certifications (preferred but not required)
- Problem-solving, negotiation, and project management skills
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Strong organizational habits and ability to manage priorities across multiple projects
- Must be based in the DFW metroplex—position is in-office with hybrid flexibility
