Job Description The Commercial Back Office Specialist Intern is responsible for the operational supervision of the relationship with the customers of the assigned area. Their responsibilities are: 1) Ensuring the correct and complete management of information, documentation and shipments to/from customers. 2) Interfacing with the internal offices and external contacts involved in the product management process. Qualifications 1.01 Guarantees the execution of all operational activities aimed at customer management, such as activities related to shipments, customer service and returns management 1.02 Supervises the administrative and accounting procedures relating to transactions with customers (such as the processing of orders and payments) 1.03 Collects and manages data relating to the Sales Campaign 1.04 Maintains constant updates on techniques and regulations related to the markets managed 1.05 Manages the customer portfolio, taking care of one or more directly or through the on-site branches customers in the assigned geographical areas, and developing and strengthening commercial partnerships Additional Information Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (completed or currently pursuing) in Foreign Languages, Economics, or related fields. Excellent knowledge of English and good knowledge of French. Other languages are considered a plus. Knowledge in Microsoft Excel. Pragmatic mindset, curiosity, and a strong eagerness to learn.
