Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead the overall strategy for Treasury Management Solutions in National Corporate banking segment, partner with TMS leadership team to prioritize and execute on plans that create scale, drive growth and delight clients.
  • Partner with RBC Canada and RBC US Capital Markets on Treasury Management joint offerings, platforms and go to market opportunities that enhance and are aligned to the National Corporate segment strategy.
  • Design, implement and manage a consultative Treasury Management Solutions selling program for National Corporate targets, with clearly defined guidelines for proper discovery (bank agnostic) and recommendations for working capital solutions. Track and monitor progress. Recruit and develop sales making talent. Deliver against sales goals.
  • Build collaborative and accountable sales engagement model with National Corporate banking leadership with measurable and transparent goals for Treasury Management Fee Revenue. Ensure proper expectations around wallet share are set with clients prior to credit commitments being issued.
  • Collaborate with TMS Service and Delivery leadership to design and build a scalable onboarding and support model for National Corporate clients.
  • Collaborate with TMS Product and Segment Solutions leadership to develop differentiated offerings that tie clients into the CNB ecosystems with a demonstrated ROI. Partner with Product and Segment Solutions to develop and launch core product features and functionality required by the National Corporate segment.
  • Develop go-to-market strategy focused on under-penetrated verticals with large payments wallets where City National Bank can excel with solutions and servicing.
  • Co create unique solutions with clients that can scale across the National Corporate segment and deliver through Agile Development and Fintech partners.
  • Comply fully with all Bank Operational policies and procedures as well as all regulatory requirements (e.g. Bank Secrecy Act, Know Your Client, Community Reinvestment Act, Fair Lending Practices, Code of Conduct, etc.). Complete all required training.
