JOB DESCRIPTION:

• To expand the customer base by developing new borrowing relationships.
• To deliver quality services to clients
• To conduct periodic reviews on borrowing clients
• To ensure all loan facilities are current
• To closely attend to non-performing and past due facilities
• To minimize loan delinquency rate
• To maximize all business opportunities
• To provide inputs to enhance and streamline work process
• To provide inputs on Bank’s new initiatives
• To promote Bank products
• To work with all colleagues in a collaborative and constructive manner
• To participate in meetings, such as BCC, as required
• Other duties and projects as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• University degree in business management with focus in finance and accounting preferred.
• Thorough understanding of relevant Canadian regulatory requirements, commercial lending industry and related products.
• At least 3 years of experience in commercial account management and commercial lending.
• Excellent knowledge of the marketplace, particularly with respect to SME and Mid-Market commercial lending space.
• Relationship driven, strong ability to establish, maintain, and manage client relations.
• Ability to consult, counsel, and support to clients commercial and personal financial needs.
