You won’t be chasing jobs all over the country – everything is depot-based in Andover with free parking.
What You’ll Be Doing as a Boiler Engineer:
Inspecting and repairing boilers and associated equipment when they come back from site
Carrying out planned maintenance to keep the fleet in top condition
Working alongside engineers to assemble boiler units to spec
Diagnosing faults and sorting out replacements as needed
Keeping everything clean, safe, and compliant with company standards
Recording inspections and services using internal software
What You’ll Need:
3+ years’ experience in commercial or industrial heating system installation & servicing
A good work ethic and team attitude
Full UK driving licence
Ideally have, not a deal breaker:
OFTEC certification
Electrical qualifications
Gas Safe (domestic or commercial)
Forklift licence
Experience in the boiler hire industry
Why You’ll Love It:
Salary £45,000 - £48,000
25 days holiday plus bank holidays

Life assurance (x3 salary after probation)
Optional private medical cover
