Commercial & Brand Manager – Nikka Whisky Your Impact You will lead the strategic growth and execution of Nikka Whisky in Australia, translating global brand ambition into locally executable, commercially effective plans across on‑ and off‑premise channels. With full P&L accountability, you’ll deliver sustainable net revenue, profit and brand health outcomes while embedding Nikka as a world‑class premium spirits brand in market. Key Accountabilities * Lead annual brand planning and execution in line with Asahi’s brand framework and Nikka global direction * Own commercial performance, delivering revenue, profit, volume and brand health targets * Translate global strategy into locally relevant, insight‑led brand plans * Drive coordinated execution across on‑ and off‑premise channels, partnering with Commercial, Sales and Customer teams * Lead governance and formal brand reviews with Nikka Japan and internal stakeholders * Enable the ABV Spirits team with insights, tools and capability to win in market About You * Proven experience across on‑ and off‑premise channels, ideally in premium spirits or premium FMCG * Strong brand management background, with end‑to‑end ownership from strategy to execution * Demonstrated commercial and P&L acumen * Confident influencer with experience navigating complex, cross‑functional stakeholder environments * Passion for premium brands, craftsmanship and brand storytelling
