Key Responsibilities: Manage and direct the overall performance of the Dealers Direct Sales, Digital and Sub-Dealer channels to achieve growth targets. Develop and implement strategic channel plans that expand market reach, enhance sales quality, and improve operational efficiency. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and P&L performance to ensure cost-effective operations and sustainable returns. Drive initiatives to optimize sales processes, elevate customer experience, and ensure adherence to performance KPIs. Establish competitive commission and incentive structures aligned with business goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and direct sales, to align strategies and maximize results. Foster strong partnerships with dealers and sub-dealers to support business continuity and long-term growth. Leadership / Management: Manage subordinates’ learning & development requirements and ensure that it is successfully delivered and provide related feedback to the management. Assign roles and workload distribution, set team objectives and conduct regular informal one-on-one meetings to deliver personalized feedback and provide support to attain goals. Conduct formal performance evaluation process for the subordinates in order to optimize workplace productivity. Participate in the recruitment, selection, evaluation process of new employees. Provide guidance and delegate responsibilities to subordinates to facilitate performing different tasks to support succession planning process. Manage subordinates' administrational requirements. Assure that all subordinates are following Umniah’s policies and procedures and highlight any violation for the code of conduct. Manage economic, efficient and effective budget plan and control in alignment with the department and Umniah’s strategy. Ensure that employees are engaged and motivated through creating a respectful and trusting relationship with them and communicating Umniah values. Demonstrate flexibility in management by accommodating individual employee needs such as adjustable schedules or remote work options. Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or any other related field. Level of Experience: Advanced Experience (10+Yrs) in a related field. Technical Skills & Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of telecommunications industry and the local market Excellent Knowledge of Strategic Planning Excellent knowledge of Sales financial terms and treatments Excellent knowledge of project planning and project management fundamentals Excellent knowledge of customer experience Excellent knowledge of broadband products and services Excellent negotiation and selling skills and techniques Good coaching and mentoring skills Good knowledge of social media platforms Certifications & Licensure: Desirable: Coaching Certificate Certified Sales Leadership Professional (CSLP) Project Management Professional (PMP) Finance for non-finance Tools & Systems: Sales force management systems.
