NexVentur is recruiting for an experienced Build Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations on a commercial build project for one of our long-standing clients – a main contractor in civil engineering and commercial construction across Ireland.
This is an opportunity for a Build Supervisor to join our clients’ team and deliver a new Commercial Retail Build in Co. Kerry.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience as a Foreman or Site Supervisor on commercial construction projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Safe Pass, Manual Handling, and relevant construction certs (e.g., CSCS) required
• First Aid and Site Supervisor Safety Training (SSSTS or equivalent) advantageous
  Project duration: 6 months, work to follow in Munster region.

• Supervise and co-ordinate all on-site construction activities
• Ensure works are carried out in line with the construction programme, drawings, and specifications
• Liaise with the site management team, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Maintain a strong focus on quality control, health & safety, and site cleanliness
• Monitor and report progress, manage daily site records and weekly updates
• Ensure compliance with H&S standards and company procedures
• Support delivery of project milestones on time and within budget
