The Commercial Business Administrator will be responsible taking customer phone calls, completing road calls, invoicing, collecting road service information from various locations to cover night time road service and working directly with the Road Service Manager.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Collect daily Road call information/availability from company stores managers
  • Communicate service tech availability to night dispatcher
  • Print roll call sheets for dispatch; Store/Driver, Location and Tire(s) and service(s) required
  • Create Sales Order from roll call sheet with updated information, Tire/item, Barnwell Truck # and driver info
  • Obtain work orders from drivers and match to sales order
  • Generate invoice from sales order
  • Help dispatch Road service employees
  • Act as a liaison between the client, management and technicians;
  • Cover day time phones and billing
  • Other duties as assigned as business needs require.
