Job Description WHAT YOU’LL DO You will work in commercial analytics, using data and insights to support sales, marketing, and e‑commerce performance. You will analyze campaigns, customer behavior, and performance metrics to drive informed commercial decisions. Your key responsibilities include: Plan, quantify and drive execution of tactical activations in the Sales Market, in collaboration with Continent Supply Planning, within the budget and frame set by Global Conduct sales follow – up, analysing and generating sales insights from reports and dashboards Analyze full funnel web performance across .com and app, including traffic, user behavior, product performance, and sales Support providing insights on campaign effectiveness, including conversion attribution and return on ad spend Analyze sales, customer, and web performance data to generate insights that support commercial decisions Plan, support, and evaluate A/B and multivariate testing to optimize customer experience and conversion in online store and CRM/Email Conduct customer segmentation, cohort analysis, and product performance reviews Implement tagging, tracking, and SEO analytics to ensure accurate data collection and improve visibility in owned channels WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH You will work closely with the Digital Experience Manager, E-com Leads, Commercial Leads and the Marketing team.
