To support our continued growth in Poland, we are looking for a Commercial Business Analyst (CRM & Sales Operations) to join our Warsaw office. About the role This role acts as the central operational hub between Sales, Trade Marketing, and CRM systems, ensuring smooth execution, high-quality data, and strong support for both Field Force and Key Account teams. You will play a key role in enabling sales teams by managing CRM processes (including Emigo), supporting commercial execution, and delivering actionable data insights. What you will do: CRM & Sales Operations Manage and optimize the CRM system (Emigo) to support the Field Force and Key Account teams Act as the main point of contact between business teams and CRM support providers Create and maintain sales activities, call objectives, and workflows Translate commercial and trade marketing needs into practical CRM solutions Sales Force Support & Enablement Maintain territories, regions, and customer responsibilities within the CRM system Support execution of sales and trade initiatives through accurate system setup Monitor Field Force activities and ensure data quality and system compliance Customer & Territory Management Maintain customer segmentation, prioritization, and key account structures Support territory planning and optimization Ensure consistency and accuracy of customer and sales data Product & Promotion Management Maintain product and promotion data within CRM Support launches and campaigns with accurate and timely setup Ensure sales teams have access to relevant tools and materials Monitoring & Reporting Track sales execution and CRM usage Provide reporting and performance insights to Sales teams Support decision-making through structured data Market & Sales Data Analysis Work with market data sources (e.g. IQVIA, Nielsen, sell-out data) Support data processing and integration Build and maintain reports (e.g. Power BI) Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales Operations, or related field 3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, CRM, or Business Analysis Experience working with CRM systems supporting Field Force teams (e.g. Emigo or similar) Strong understanding of sales processes and trade marketing execution Experience with market data tools (IQVIA, Nielsen) and sales data analysis Experience with reporting tools (e.g. Power BI) Strong analytical skills and attention to data quality Ability to translate business needs into practical solutions Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Experience in FMCG, pharma, or consumer healthcare is a plus Fluent in Polish and English (written and spoken) Opportunity to create, grow, and encourage Apart from a competitive salary pack, there are lots of growth opportunities to meet your personal ambitions Flexible schedule and life-work balance Responsibility for exciting and challenging projects that have a direct, visible impact on our customers and the industry Very positive work environment in a young, international, and motivated team Start-up spirit while being a part of a large international organization with strong values Karo Healthcare has a Diverse & Inclusive environment.
