Come join us now. 1. Position Objective In a high-stakes multi-brand luxury environment, data is the compass for every strategic move. The Commercial Business Analyst acts as the strategic data partner for our Brands and Brand Partners. This role focuses on commercial intelligence—transforming complex data into actionable insights to drive growth, optimize P&L, and ensure excellence in retail execution across all channels. 2. Key Responsibilities Strategic Reporting & Partner Liaison: Serve as the primary custodian of data reporting for Brand Partners. Consolidate and synthesize Sell-in, Sell-out, and Inventory data into high-standard reports that meet luxury requirements. Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track brand health, market share, and productivity. Commercial P&L & Financial Insights: Deep-dive into Brand P&Ls to monitor Gross Margins, Contribution Margins, and overall profitability. Evaluate the financial impact of commercial terms, trade discounts, and A&P (Advertising & Promotion) investments. Provide early warnings on budget deviations and propose data-backed cost-optimization strategies. Campaign Excellence & ROI Analytics: Execute rigorous Pre- and Post-campaign analyses to measure the effectiveness of marketing activations, animations, and VIP events. Calculate ROI on GWP (Gift with Purchase) programs and promotional mechanics to ensure efficient resource allocation and brand equity protection. Demand Forecasting & Inventory Intelligence: Build robust data-driven sales forecasts based on historical trends, seasonality, and specific market insights. Analyze stock aging and Weeks-of-Cover (WOC) to optimize stock rotation and prevent Out-of-Stock (OOS) or overstock situations. Data Automation & Visualization: Streamline reporting processes by leveraging automation tools to reduce manual errors and increase speed-to-insight. 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Commercial Analyst within FMCG, Retail, or Luxury Distribution. Advanced proficiency in Excel (mandatory), including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling. Hands-on experience with BI and data visualization tools Solid understanding of Retail/Luxury business models Attention to Detail: Absolute precision and consistency in reporting, ensuring "one version of the truth" across all stakeholders and partners.
