The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting the organization’s top 300 prospective commercial customers. This role involves strategic planning, market research, and proactive outreach to establish new business relationships and drive revenue growth. The Business Development manager will also have responsibility for top current customers in the Region.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
8+ Years Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably with high-value clients
Must reside or be willing to relocate to Western US
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
