OVERVIEW

We are looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking Commercial & Business Operations Manager to provide high-level commercial, business development and operational support to the Commercial Director (CD) of Architectural Profiles Ltd. This role is not a marketing position but rather a key commercial development role to ensure the CD can focus on strategic growth, with operational, project, and executive tasks being handled efficiently.
This is an office-based role, ensuring seamless management of business development projects, quotations, commercial contracts, customer and supplier liaison, CRM implementation and management, and general executive support. You will be the CD’s right-hand person, working across various business functions, from handling project paperwork to tracking key customer interactions and ensuring operational efficiency.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Business Improvement, Operations, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong administrative and commercial experience (CRM, quotations, financial documents).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) – experience with CRM systems is a bonus.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills – ability to liaise professionally with key stakeholders and across multiple sites
  • Strong time management & prioritisation skills – experience supporting executives is a plus.
