Flynn is a first-generation construction company with operations across Ireland, UK and Northern Europe. We specialize in Critical Environments such as Data Centres, Life Sciences, Aviation, High Value Manufacturing and Critical Logistics.
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with both the Accounting and Commercial teams to ensure efficient management of project reporting and analysing financial data to identify opportunities and risks. They will also be responsible for sub-contractor management for the Group, and for all data analytics for the Commercial and Finance teams.

PURPOSE OF ROLE

As a Commercial Business Partner with Flynn, you will be responsible for analysing financial data to uncover insights, identify risks and opportunities, and support strategic decision-making.

OTHER DUTIES:

• Assisting the HSEQ and Purchasing departments with ESG / CSRD compliance and reporting.
• Working with the bid teams to assist with ongoing tenders.
• Management of our Bond facilities with our external Bond broker.
• CSO returns – completion of CSO returns as and when needed.
• Assistance in the insurance renewal process for the Group.
