JOB DESCRIPTION.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Business Partner to join our Head Office team

IDEAL CANDIDATE/REQUIREMENTS:

· The ideal candidate will be IT literate & have experience of Microsoft excel (look ups/what ifs)
· Be comfortable discussing financial information with non-financial managers & others
· Confident transferring data into meaningful reports
· A good communicator who portrays confidence & professionalism in all meetings (both internally & externally)
· They will work across multiple departments & be exposed to finance, operations & business development.

• Preparation of monthly ‘open book’ reports and reviews with business managers/partners as appropriate
• Quarterly contract reconciliations
• Cost model revisions on current contracts
• Work with the Operations team to ensure accurate re-tenders are submitted
• Working with the Business Development team on new bids
• Working closely with the finance team to ensure budgeted costs reflect actual costs
• Act as a conduit between finance, operations and partners
• Helping to maximise profits on all sites via reconciliations & any potential recharge / credits.
• Working closely with the Group FC to coordinate & control the living wage reviews
• Reporting directly to the Finance Director & Group Financial Controller with a dotted line to the Operations Director.
