At least 15 years of professional experience managing construction or similar projects, preferably with experience abroad.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Experience working with multicultural teams.
MS Office (user proficiency)

Develop and implement strategic commercial goals in conjunction with the Technical Business Unit Manager and General Management and guarantee the established milestones accomplishment.
Participate in the acquisition of new projects and client support in coordination with the Technical Business Unit Manager.
Monitor all legal regulations and Group guidelines related to construction contracts.
Participate in meetings with clients, addressing complaints and solving problems.
Prepare the monthly and annual financial statements in cooperation with the Technical Business Unit Manager.
Provide all the required documents for the external annual financial statements in accordance with the legal requirements and valuation regulations of the Group Yearly Planning and Forecast.
Form and lead high-performance teams, in conjunction with P&C and HR, participating in the corporate recruitment and selection processes, potential management, development plans and performance management, and following the Group’s standards.
