Job Description Accountabilities: Plan and deliver training programs (online & in-person) aligned with commercial competency frameworks Manage training schedules, resources, and Train-the-Trainer initiatives to ensure effective rollout Provide on-field coaching to reinforce learning and improve sales performance Observe commercial practices and deliver structured, actionable feedback Monitor training effectiveness using KPIs and continuously improve content and delivery methods Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align capability-building with business needs Coordinate workshops, events, and commercial meetings while supporting ad-hoc initiatives Qualifications Required Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Education, Agriculture, or related field 3–5 years’ experience in L&D, training, or commercial capability roles Proven experience in training facilitation and field coaching (virtual & face-to-face) Strong facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Desired Qualifications: Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with LMS or CRM tools is a plus Good communication skills; adaptable and self-driven Willing to travel; understanding of Thailand market and agribusiness is an advantage Additional Information Syngenta is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate in recruitment, hiring, training, promotion or any other employment practices for reasons of race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, sexual orientation, marital or veteran status, disability, or any other legally protected status. #LI-Hybrid
