Carpenter Responsibilities / Requirements: Perform all duties necessary, in the role as a carpenter, to uphold the identity and dignity of HC Company, our clients, subcontractors, and associates in the industry. Perform finish carpentry work involving but not limited to door installation, trim work, drywall, rough carpentry, insulation, and waterproofing. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in construction Time-management and multi-tasking skills Excellent organizational skills Communication skills, both verbal and written Qualifications: 5+ years of experience Pass drug test Clean driving record Outgoing self-starter that has the ability to work well in a team framework Efficiency and communication are key qualities for success in this role Benefits: Up to 3.5% matching with 6% employee contribution in 401K after 90 days Pay range starting at $24.00+ Health insurance in group group policy after 60 days, 100% paid monthly premium for employees; 50% paid for dependents. Two weeks paid vacation to start, three weeks at 5 years, and four weeks at 10 years of employment
