Responsibilities for the Mobile-Commercial Carpenter position include: Drywall installation, finishing, patching, and repair. Alteration, repair, construction, and maintenance of floors, stairways, partitions, and walls. Wood and Metal framing. Install doors and frames. Install drop ceiling grid and tile. Install cove base, install and repair modular carpet squares, LVT Tile, and hardwood flooring. Interior and exterior surface preparation for painting, to include, but not limited to, sanding, filling holes, drywall, and wall repair. Drive Company vehicles for miscellaneous tasks such as material pick up, etc. Additional duties as assigned. Requirements for the Mobile-Commercial Carpenter position: Possess outstanding customer service skills and a can-do attitude. This position primarily works the first shift, but occasional availability for the second shift will be required. GED or equivalent with 3 to 7 years of commercial carpentry experience. Basic computer knowledge and the ability to use work order systems. Must have the ability to complete required safety classes. Personal hand tools are a plus.
