Role: Commercial Claims Handler
Location: Harrogate
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per year
Hybrid: 2 days from home, 3 from the office
Hours: Monday to Friday - 9am - 5pm

With a competitive salary range of £30,000 - £40,000, this permanent role offers the chance to be part of a successful and growing organisation while contributing to its continued prosperity.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

  • Prior experience in claims handling within an insurance broker or similar environment
  • Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and terminology
  • Proven track record of managing complex claims
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office suite

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Insurance industry certifications, such as Cert CII (training support provided by the business)
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
