ROSE SERVICES 2020 LIMITED provides professional cleaning services and is seeking reliable, hardworking Commercial Cleaners to join its team in the Auckland region.
The role involves travelling to different sites across Auckland, with all travel and fuel costs covered by the employer.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Empty containers, bins and trays; remove rubbish and recyclable material
• Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to clean floors, work areas and machines
• Remove dust and dirt from ceilings, walls, overhead pipes and fixtures
• Apply acids and solvents to surfaces to remove stains and dirt
• Strip wax from floors, re-wax and polish floors
• Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
• Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
• Make adjustments and minor repairs
• Clean and disinfect wet areas and report on defective plumbing fixtures
• Remove residues from machines, ships, furnaces, boilers and tanks
• Sand-blast building exteriors
• Replenish cleaning supplies.
  Required to work for a minimum of 30 hours per week and will be paid between $25 to $27 per hour.

• Able to operate heavy equipment and machinery
• Physically fit to carry out a range of tasks
• Strong attention to detail
