Sparkle keeps me (Dawn) hopping - I’m almost always on the clock. I believe in building positive, long-term relationships with staff and clients, and cleaning each facility, to the best of our ability, every time. Sparkle continues to grow, and I need help in the management of it.
I am looking for someone with the right mix of experience and receptiveness: experience in managing people and focusing on details as well as the bigger picture; receptiveness to learning how and why Sparkle does what it does, implementing current policies / strategies, and helping us improve where we can.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• 20/20 vision or wear up-to-date eyewear
• ability to lift heavy garbage into outdoor bins (approximately up to 50 lbs)
• ability to ascend and descend stairs with garbage

• beginning with learning to clean like a Sparkler
• working towards training new staff, inspecting their work, providing feedback
• potentially stepping in as the team’s main contact while work is being done (evenings, weekends), answering questions, providing guidance
