JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to oversee our operations and ensure the highest standards of service in the commercial cleaning industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with a focus on supervising teams to deliver exceptional cleaning services. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing daily operations while fostering a positive work environment.

BRANCH MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ Years Experience- In Commercial cleaning field.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively, with experience supervising multiple staff members across various locations or departments.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with commercial cleaning operations, procedures, and safety standards is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and team members at all levels.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Skilled in resolving conflicts, handling service issues, and making sound decisions under pressure.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional time management, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using scheduling software, timekeeping systems, email, and basic office applications (e.g., Word, Excel).
  • Customer Service Focus: Demonstrated commitment to client satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel between accounts, work outside regular business hours, and respond to urgent operational needs.
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. Previous management experience in custodial, maintenance, or service-related fields is highly desirable.
  • Valid Driver’s License: Must possess a valid driver’s license and have a reliable means of transportation.

Responsibilities
  • Leadership & Oversight:

Direct day-to-day operations across assigned accounts, ensuring all services meet quality standards and contractual obligations.

  • Team Management:

Recruit, train, and supervise account managers, supervisors, and frontline staff. Provide coaching, performance evaluations, and support to ensure effective service delivery.

  • Client Relations:

Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients. Build strong relationships through regular communication, timely response to concerns, and proactive issue resolution.

  • Operational Efficiency:

Monitor staffing levels, supply usage, and equipment performance to ensure cost-effective operations while maintaining high service standards.

  • Quality Control:

Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and performance reviews to ensure compliance with company protocols and customer expectations.

  • Health & Safety Compliance:

Enforce all safety regulations and ensure staff follow proper procedures, including PPE use, chemical handling, and reporting of incidents.

  • Scheduling & Coverage:

Oversee employee scheduling and ensure adequate coverage for all accounts, including after-hours or emergency staffing needs.

  • Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain accurate records related to attendance, incidents, inspections, client feedback, and employee performance. Submit reports as required to senior leadership.

  • Inventory & Supply Management:

Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment. Coordinate orders and deliveries to avoid shortages or overstock.

  • Continuous Improvement:

Identify operational challenges and implement solutions to improve efficiency, employee engagement, and client satisfaction.
