Direct day-to-day operations across assigned accounts, ensuring all services meet quality standards and contractual obligations.
Recruit, train, and supervise account managers, supervisors, and frontline staff. Provide coaching, performance evaluations, and support to ensure effective service delivery.
Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients. Build strong relationships through regular communication, timely response to concerns, and proactive issue resolution.
Monitor staffing levels, supply usage, and equipment performance to ensure cost-effective operations while maintaining high service standards.
Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and performance reviews to ensure compliance with company protocols and customer expectations.
Enforce all safety regulations and ensure staff follow proper procedures, including PPE use, chemical handling, and reporting of incidents.
Oversee employee scheduling and ensure adequate coverage for all accounts, including after-hours or emergency staffing needs.
Maintain accurate records related to attendance, incidents, inspections, client feedback, and employee performance. Submit reports as required to senior leadership.
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment. Coordinate orders and deliveries to avoid shortages or overstock.
Identify operational challenges and implement solutions to improve efficiency, employee engagement, and client satisfaction.
