Cleaning Melbourne is seeking an experienced Cleaning supervisor to join our team in Malvern and surrounding suburbs.
In this Supervisor Cleaning role, you will play a hands-on role in overseeing the facility operations as well as executing cleaning and maintenance tasks of the aquatic centres and community venues.

To ensure your success in this role we anticipate that the ideal candidates will possess the following skills and experience:

• Previous experience of leading teams
• Training new cleaning staff members
• Proven and demonstrated experience in a commercial cleaning role
• Prior background as a Supervisor Cleaner within an Aquatic Center
• Ability to communicate and resolve issues promptly
• Ability to effectively delegate work and manage quality outcomes
• Knowledge of chemical usage and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Physically fit, the job involves a lot of manual tasks operating equipment and lifting certain amounts of weight
• A valid working with children check and police check is mandatory
• Knowledge of chemical usage and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• You need to be able to legally work in Australia (Citizen, Permanent Resident or a non-citizen with a valid visa that provides work rights)
