INDUSTRY-SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE

• Strong understanding of cleaning standards and protocols specific to commercial offices, industrial facilities (e.g., warehouses, factories), and retail environments (e.g., shopping malls, stores).
• Familiarity with specialized cleaning equipment and chemicals suitable for each facility type.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma required; post-secondary education in facility management, environmental services, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory role in commercial or industrial cleaning.
• Experience working with quality assurance systems and reporting tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel to various sites.
• Experience with strip and wax, carpet extraction, power washing, upholstery steam cleaning, interior & exterior window cleaning, scrubber, burnisher, squeegee and sweeper is an asset.
