This important opportunity to based at Westfield, St Lukes, you wiill be working Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday from 4am until 8am - supervising the earling morning team as well as completing your own hands-on cleaning tasks.

About you:
- MUST - be an experienced supervisor with proven performance from within the Commercial Cleaning sector.
- Enjoy working early mornings.
- Able to complete every shift as above.
- Detail cleaning or ride on machinery equipment experience an advantage but not essential.
- A CAN DO attitude.
- Experience in training and developing new and current employees.
- Available for other shifts from time to time.
- Must be at least 18 years of age due to H&S policies..
- Eligibility to work in New Zealand - Have a valid New Zealand Work Visa, Resident Visa, or Citizenship.
- Have a valid Driver’s License.
- Pass a Ministry of Justice (Criminal Conviction History) check!
- Physically fit to do the job.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
- Good attention to detail.
- A reliable work ethic with great customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, following training and instructions.
About the role:
- Duties include sweeping the car park, collecting rubbish and leaves, and checking the car park perimeters & ramps. Empty external car park bins, transfer rubbish and bins into the compactor located in the docks area. Dust roll the floor prior to scrubbing, followed by burnishing.
- Plan for safe and efficient cleaning activities in an environmentally responsible manner
- Overseeing, training, guiding and developing your Team.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the Mall’s facilities, including escalators, elevators, and other equipment.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to the relevant department.
- Ensure that all cleaning equipment and materials are stored securely and used safely.
- Comply with all Health and Safety regulations and policies.
