THE ROLE

We’re seeking a motivated Commercial Cleaning Team Leader to supervise onsite projects, lead small teams, and ensure top-quality results. You’ll coordinate schedules, manage equipment, liaise with clients, and operate specialist cleaning machinery (full training provided).
This role would suit someone with experience as a Cleaning Supervisor, Commercial Cleaner, Team Leader in Facilities Management, or Site Supervisor — or anyone from a construction or maintenance background looking to step into leadership.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and supervise small onsite teams
• Manage daily schedules, start times, and travel arrangements
• Operate specialist cleaning equipment (training provided)
• Ensure all Health & Safety standards are met
• Liaise with clients professionally and effectively
• Identify additional work opportunities
• Complete basic reports and quality checks
