ABOUT THIS ROLE We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Commercial Client Support Manager to support the Australia Data & Insights team with the development and management of our existing client portfolio and acquisition of new clients. They will support the Australia Data & Insights Team with administrative tasks, feasibility checks and costing tasks, and contribute in achieving and exceeding the revenue targets and objectives set for the team. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Support the Sales team with administrative tasks, using Salesforce to create opportunities, quotes and invoices Support business accounts under the guidance of the team Run feasibility on new briefs from the team Understand and utilise different research platforms Updating our CRM system to ensure all opportunities, quotes, projects, contacts and meetings are tracked – giving us visibility on trends and metrics to inform our sales and strategy Learning & understanding the Pureprofile offering to current and prospective clients maximise the revenue potential in each instance Working closely with Account Directors and Managers in the sales team to prepare proposals, costings, feasibility checks, and client presentations Proactively engaging with clients, with a goal of securing repeat business Liaising with vendors and internal operations to confirm feasibility, timelines, and resource allocation for projects Working closely with the Project Management teams to ensure that clients receive an excellent level of service on each project, whilst maximising both revenue and margin delivery Working closely with other Pureprofile departments, including Product, Finance and Marketing, to maximise revenue growth at every opportunity ABOUT YOU: 2 to 3 years’ experience within a similar role - understanding of online panel operations, feasibility checks, and respondent recruitment. Motivated to deliver targets, whilst understanding the overall goals of the office and the company and contributing to these goals You must also be a highly organised planner, to be able to manage multiple campaigns and client requirements simultaneously. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong verbal and written communication skills, and numeracy Commercial mindset with basic negotiation skills. Analytical thinking with attention to detail Proficient in Google Workspace/Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
