Required Skills and Experience *
- 3+ years of management experience in an acute care hospital: admitting procedures/requirements, patient accounting/collection, and electronic remittance advance/payment posting requirements
- 5+ years of experience with billing - Previous experience with Cerner and collection of PPO and HMO accounts within a hospital/INPATIENT (also must be current)
- High School Diploma/GED
- Local to 90505 with ability to commute onsite

Job Description *
Insight Global is looking for a strong PPO/HMO Manager to join their team. This person must have strong experience with PPOs and HMOS within a hospital/inpatient setting, and must be comfortable with claims and denials. This person must be comfortable training up/leading a team; preferably someone who has experience developing trainings and encouraging team building/high morale. The ideal candidate has experience leading a team of at least 15 people as they will be acquiring a 20 person team comprised of billers and collectors. Previous experience with Cerner would be a major plus.
Salary: $100k - $130k
Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
