COMMERCIAL MANAGER – DUBLIN/MEATH

  • Salary of up to €140,000+ (DOE) plus package including, healthcare, pension, up to 29 days annual leave and international opportunities if desired

    You will join a growing company that operates across the island of Ireland and be instrumental in driving their business in the South of Ireland forward. They have established a strong reputation for their expertise in delivering Educational & Social Housing projects and a position here will guarantee that you are at the forefront of the construction sector in Ireland.

This role will focus on design and build tenders for several large and prestigious Education projects throughout Leinster with values in excess of €70m.

  • 10+ years in a related position
  • A 3rd level qualification ideally in Quantity Surveying, but a Construction Mgt or Engineering degree will also suffice if wedded with Quantity Surveying & Commercial experience in the sector.
  • To be Chartered (RICS or SCSI) and have experience in Public Works Contracts and PPP schemes is desirable though not essential
  • To be a crucial part of major construction projects
