Description Commercial Construction Manager We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Manager to oversee construction, renovation, and improvement projects across a portfolio of company-owned commercial and operational facilities. This role is responsible for managing all phases of construction from planning through completion while ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and supervise all phases of commercial construction, renovation, and facility improvement projects. Collaborate with company leadership and department managers to determine project scope, priorities, budgets, and timelines. Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and in-house construction crews. Conduct regular job site inspections to monitor progress, ensure quality workmanship, and enforce safety standards. Oversee permitting, inspections, and compliance with applicable building codes, OSHA regulations, and project specifications. Procure materials, equipment, and services while maintaining cost-effective purchasing practices. Identify and resolve project challenges, schedule conflicts, and construction issues in a timely manner. Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation, providing regular progress updates to leadership. Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, invoices, schedules, and contractor communications. Requirements 3–5 years of experience managing commercial construction or large-scale renovation projects. Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods, building systems, safety regulations, and job site management. Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and managing concurrent projects. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and project specifications. Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with project management software is a plus. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–4:00 PM.
