Hogan Construction Group is seeking Project Managers for our Upstate, SC location. Project types include medium construction projects in Manufacturing, Commercial, Healthcare, Data Centers, Industrial, and Higher Education Markets.
SUMMARY OF POSITION
Responsible for the planning, scheduling, procurement, and document control for multiple construction projects in various stages.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- A four-year degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management for Commercial Construction projects between $5 Million and $15 Million in value.
- The ability to manage and mentor a Project Engineer/Assistant Project Engineer in the day-to-day tasks of managing construction projects.
- Maintain excellent verbal and written communication skills with internal team members, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Experience using web-based Project Management Solutions, preferably Procore.
- Experience using Project Scheduling Software.
- Must be able to multi-task on multiple projects in various stages of the construction process.
