JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Commercial Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects from inception to closeout, ranging from $250,000 to $5 million. This is an in-office role based in Aurora, IL, with the potential for a hybrid work schedule based on performance and project needs. Regular travel (approximately 33%) to job sites across the country is required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 5 years of commercial construction project management experience required
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects between $250,000 – $5 million
  • Procore software experience preferred
  • Strong organizational, scheduling, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable with frequent travel (33%)
  • Ability to reliably commute to or relocate to Aurora, IL
  • Experience working with national commercial brands is a plus
