Position: Senior Project Manager – Commercial Construction
Location: Salt Lake City, UT
Compensation: $100,000 – $110,000 Base + Bonus + Full Benefits

OVERVIEW:

Tiello has partnered with a leading Commercial Roofing Contractor in the Salt Lake City market that is looking to bring on a Senior Project Manager to help support and scale their growing team. While this company specializes in roofing, you do not need prior roofing experience—they’re seeking a senior-level leader with a strong background in commercial construction project management and a passion for building high-performing teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead day-to-day project execution across multiple commercial projects, ensuring budget, schedule, and quality standards are met
• Manage and mentor a team of up to 3 Project Managers—providing clear direction, accountability, and development support
• Oversee project planning, material coordination, schedules, and budgets
• Collaborate with field operations and office staff to drive communication and alignment
• Conduct client meetings, track project performance, and ensure client satisfaction
• Monitor project risk and proactively resolve challenges that arise
• Maintain clear documentation including contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and reports
• Help implement and improve internal systems and processes for project delivery
• Assist with high-level operations planning and scaling initiatives alongside leadership
