Job Description · Daily review of compliance with the plans and perform quality control reviews of subcontractors’ work. · Review, understand, and enforce schedule obligations. · Daily coordination of multiple tasks/trades simultaneously and identification of conflicts of work conditions. · Maintain daily log, track and report construction activity on the jobsite. · Timely identification of potential change order and/or gaps in scopes of work. · Receive, inspect, and verify material deliveries against purchase orders and delivery documents. · Ensure jobsite is kept clean and organized. · Enforce OSHA and Company safety policies and procedures.
