This role oversees daily field activities, manages subcontractors, ensures safety and quality, and keeps projects on schedule and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day site operations Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers Enforce safety and quality standards Maintain project schedules and documentation Communicate with Project Managers and clients Qualifications: 5+ years of commercial construction experience Government project experience preferred Strong leadership and scheduling skills OSHA knowledge (OSHA 30 preferred) Join a stable, team-oriented company with consistent commercial and government projects in the DFW area.
