This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure. Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project. Mace is currently providing programme management and looking for high-calibre, experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project. You’ll be responsible for: Leads contract documentation including warranties, bonds, and licenses to ensure formal execution by all parties. Manages large teams or multiple teams, driving performance, KPIs, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Oversees cost control and valuation processes, ensuring accurate financial reporting and budget adherence. Directs monthly post-contract cost reporting and presents findings to clients for transparency and accountability. Identifies and manages cost impacts from design changes, construction activities, and client-driven variations. Evaluates contractor claims for delays and additional costs, ensuring fair and accurate assessments. Supervises project completion processes, including issuing certificates of practical and final completion. Champions process improvement and sustainability, enhancing cost management practices and supporting net zero carbon goals. You’ll need to have: Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/ programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval. Relevant bachelor’s degree (or equivalent). Member of a relevant professional body.
