Job description At The Social Hub, we’re building a movement where people come together to learn, stay, work, and play. To support our growth in Spain, we’re looking for an interim commercial leader to set up and strengthen our commercial structure with a clear focus on increasing corporate business share across our hubs in Barcelona, Madrid, and San Sebastian. This is an interim assignment for the duration of 6 months, starting as soon as possible, with the goal of setting the foundation for sustainable growth and long-term success in the corporate segment. Your areas of responsibility Build, guide, and empower a high-performing commercial team focused on B2B and corporate segments Define and implement strategic sales plans to grow our share in the corporate travel, meetings, and long-stay markets Strengthen relationships with key local and national corporate partners, agencies, and relocation networks Collaborate closely with the marketing and operations teams to drive demand and visibility within the corporate community Track and optimize commercial performance while embedding a results-driven and connection-oriented mindset across the team Your profile Work experience +8 years’ experience in a Commercial and Sales management role Experience in developing and implementing Sales strategy, preferably in the hospitality or Services industry Proven leadership in hospitality or mixed-use properties (hotels, serviced apartments, lifestyle concepts) Competencies Commercial and growth mindset with a strong sense for developing strong and fruitful relationships Proactive and energetic attitude that will drive the commercial performance of their region Strong knowledge of their respective market and its specificities Team management experience Proven leadership in hospitality or mixed-use properties (hotels, serviced apartments, lifestyle concepts) Strong network and knowledge of the Spanish corporate and MICE markets Experience in team setup, restructuring, or transformation Strategic vision with a hands-on attitude — you can both design and execute Fluency in Spanish and English Language Fluency in Spanish and English
