The role | Te tūnga As a Commercial Manager, you’ll play an enabling role in delivering best-practice commercial and contract management across ICT Common Capability contracts, Framework Agreements, and Marketplace Commercial Constructs. You’ll provide pragmatic commercial advice, support significant contract negotiations with third-party digital service providers, and develop ICT contractual documentation that delivers long-term, sustainable value for government. Working within a high-performing Commercial Contracts Team, you’ll contribute to outcomes that benefit agencies and New Zealanders alike.
