IN-HOUSE COMMERCIAL CONTRACTING ATTORNEY (FULL-TIME, HYBRID – NASHVILLE, TN, CONTRACT ENGAGEMENT)

Latitude is partnering with one of Nashville’s premier corporate legal departments to recruit a full-time in-house commercial contracting attorney. This role, offered on an engagement basis, will focus on managing commercial contracting matters. The ideal candidate will possess over 3 years of experience in reviewing, negotiating, and drafting commercial contracts, including NDAs, MSAs, customer agreements, and IT licenses. This position offers an excellent opportunity for those seeking to transition to an in-house role and to build connections within a distinguished corporate legal team in Nashville. The role is hybrid, consisting of 2 days of remote work and 3 days onsite at the client’s Nashville offices. Candidates must be based in the Nashville area.

Requirements for the In-House Commercial Contracting Attorney:

  • 3+ years of contracting experience
  • Extensive commercial contracting experience, including experience reviewing, negotiating, and drafting NDAs, MSAs, customer agreements, and IT licenses
  • J.D. and excellent academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Impeccable time-management, attention to detail, professional judgment, and communication skills
  • Licensed/Good Standing to practice law for a TN in-house legal department
  • Outstanding professional references
