QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree or equivalent in working experience, as we value a mix of competences more than a specific degree.
  • Experience in project management and process-oriented work.
  • Minimum 1 to 3 years of working experience, but more is always welcome.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and commercial writing skills in Dutch and English. Some level of French is preferred.
  • Bringing people together and making connections as a real teamplayer, working towards strict deadlines, with a common goal of qualitative and timely delivery of projects.
  • Cultivate strong connections and relationships with clients, team members, and customers through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft tools, while staying up to date with latest technology and AI tools to become more efficient and impactful.
  • Having an analytical mindset, being able to read dashboards, analyze and share insights with colleagues.
  • Experience in Medtech, Healthcare, Hospital / Public procurement is considered as a plus.
    Please note that this is a hybrid role and your office days will be partly in Diegem, BE, partly in Amersfoort, NL.
Responsibilities

As a Commercial Contracting Specialist, you will:

  • Be the single point of contact for all Tender, Commercial Offer and Contract related matters for Shockwave BeNeLux.
  • Lead and coordinate projects with our commercial organization to deliver offers and tenders in line with our commercial strategy and customer expectations.
  • Build the bridge between our customers and commercial organization in all price, offer and contract related questions.
  • Create a level of support for our commercial organization by direct contact with our customers on offer and contract follow-up.
  • Coach and train sales teams on tendering and commercial offer excellence.
  • Add important value to our commercial strategy and operational execution by challenging the status quo, leading and growing the organization in Commercial Offer and Tender excellence.
  • Seek opportunities for business growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts and exploring potential new business prospects.
